To ensure, close Photoshop once and restart it (you can also restart your system for extra assurance). Then, type the word "IRAN" or "iran" in the font list. If you still can't find the fonts "Iran" or "IRANSans," the issue might be due to a font with a similar name, such as "Irannastaligh," "iransystem," or "iraniansans."

To assess vertical alignment, it's important to consider the baseline of the letters. Some Persian fonts have larger descending letters (ج س م ص ی), and this is your perception of the additional space below where these letters are placed. Latin letters, except for a few (y g q), have this to a very minimal extent. Descending letters do not have an underlined baseline, resulting in a different vertical alignment compared to Persian letters.
