Shazde
Shazde is a modern Arabic typeface, purpose-built for digital environments. Even at very small sizes, Shazde retains excellent visual sharpness, delivering a smooth and accessible reading experience.
In its design, ascender letters like Alef and Lam have been intentionally shortened and refined to reduce vertical space and create a more compact text block — without sacrificing legibility. This approach enhances readability in high-density layouts and on screens with limited space.
The overall structure of the letters follows a near-monoline aesthetic, balancing gentle curves with precise geometric rhythm, subtly informed by the traditional Naskh script.
